About me

After my A-levels in 1994, I first studied law and then changed to a masters in teaching History and German at the University of Bielefeld.  In 1998 I was an Erasmus student at the University of Sussex in Brighton. I fell in love with the English language, British culture and the people.  On a roadtrip to Cornwall I discovered surfing and it is still a hobby that brings me lots of joy.

After my Master's degree I wanted to see the world, so I lived in France, Australia, Greece and Spain (Canary Islands). I mostly worked in tourism but also as a chef.
In 2007 my dream of living and working in Cornwall came true, but love brought me back to Germany within the year. We were married on holiday in New Zealand in 2009.  My marriage ended in 2019 but I am very grateful that it brought us a wonderful child. 

Upon returning to Germany in 2009, I missed the sea and was very unhappy in my work. I burned out and had a severe depression. After trying the normal routine with antidepressants and therapy I discovered spirituality and energy work. This quickly and dramatically enhanced my wellbeing and I was inspired to start my healer certification in 2011. I completed this and started working as a healer in 2012. 

My healing work is founded on three pillars: spiritual coaching, energy work and shamanism.

I am a war-grandchild (my parents were children during WW2)  and my research led me to a very important discovery: transgenerational trauma. This subject fascinated me and the term "ancestral pain" resonated very much . 
I have a German podcast named "Ahnenschmerz" and am planning on offering an online course about transgenerational trauma. 

Since 2012 I have worked, mostly online, as a spiritual coach and healer. 
My gift is to channel the universal energy and therefore switch on the self-healing abilities of your system. I listen closely and feel into the energetics of your stories, your voice, your emotions - your system, your being. I open myself up to the consciousness of soul, the fine, intangible energetic threads woven through space and time that create the possibilities of your becoming. I help you to free yourself from limiting and contracting energies into freer, healing energies to help you come into alignment with your soul.
